I am going into my 4th year with Midwest pool management and have really enjoyed my time with the company. The management team(field supervisors and district managers) are incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better first job. I’ve gone to a number of different pools and met so many great people. The pools are all well run and as management, we are taught well how to run the facilities and when we run into any issues the upper management is always there to help with the problems. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a good summer job or even a part-time in the winter as they do have indoor pools as well.
